Delhi Crime: A 20-year-old boy stabbed his partner with a knife and then stabbed himself in full public view, injuring both in the Delhi Cantonment area, said officials on Monday.
The accused, 20-year-old Amit, attacked his 19-year-old partner following a heated argument near Kirby Place in Delhi Cantonment on Sunday evening, said police, adding that the two had known each other for a year.

The officials were alerted about the incident at 11 pm on Sunday after a passerby called the control room to report the incident. Both the man and the woman were rushed to hospital.
They are currently undergoing treatment and are reported to be in stable condition.
Initial probe revealed that the victim suffered cuts on her face and neck, and a knife was recovered from the scene. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 109(1) of the BNS at the Delhi Cantonment police station.
Further investigation into the matter is underway.
