In a move that signals a bold new chapter in his career, Guru Randhawa has officially signed with Warner Music India. The landmark deal not only strengthens Randhawa’s global ambitions but also comes with a major announcement: the release of his upcoming studio album Without Prejudice, dropping March 28 with the first single “Gallan Battan."
This marks Randhawa’s first album since 2023 and his first under new management led by Gurjot Singh, founder of BeingU Studios. “Without Prejudice is about evolution," said Randhawa. “It’s about breaking barriers, embracing new sounds, and staying true to my roots while speaking to a global audience. With Warner Music India behind me, I’m excited to share this new phase with fans."
The album features collaborations with a diverse lineup of artists including Zehr Vibe, NSeeB, Bob.B Randhawa, Kiran Bajwa, and Prem Lata. Tracks like Snapback, Qatal, Surrey Connection, and Kithe Vasde Ne hint at a project that’s as experimental as it is rooted in Randhawa’s signature style.
Jay Mehta, Managing Director of Warner Music India & SAARC, said the partnership is about more than just music. “Guru has played a key role in taking Punjabi music global. With this album, we’re helping him build a brand that spans not only recordings, but also live performances, fan engagement, and more."
With over 14 billion streams and eight million monthly listeners on Spotify alone, Randhawa is already a giant in the Indian music scene. But Without Prejudice marks a deliberate reinvention—one that aims to push boundaries and deepen his connection with audiences worldwide.
The first taste of that vision, “Gallan Battan," along with its music video, drops March 28.
