Khushbu Sundar Shuts Down Rumours of Nayanthara Disrupting Mookuthi Amman 2 Shoot: ‘She Is Professional’
Khushbu Sundar debunked rumors on X about Nayanthara disrupting the shooting of Sundar C's Mookuthi Amman 2 and being replaced by Tamannaah Bhatia.
Lately, the grapevine has been buzzing with rumours about trouble on the sets of Mookuthi Amman 2. Whispers suggested that Nayanthara had disrupted the shoot in Chennai, with some even claiming that the makers were thinking of replacing her with Tamannaah Bhatia. However, Khushbu Sundar stepped in and took to X (formerly Twitter) to set the record straight!
Khushbu addressed the chatter head-on, calling out the ‘too many unwanted rumours’ surrounding Mookuthi Amman 2. She assured everyone that the shoot was progressing smoothly as planned, putting an end to the speculation.

She wrote, “To all the wellwishers of #SundarC Sir. Too many unwanted rumors are floating about ##MookuthiAmman2 . Please loosen up. Shoot is underway smoothly and going as planned."
Khushbu made it clear that there was no drama on set, praising both Sundar C and Nayanthara as true professionals. She also reassured fans that the team was thrilled to have Nayanthara back as Mookuthi Amman. “Everyone knows Sundar is a no nonsense person. #Nayanthara is a very professional actor who has proved her worth. More than happy to have her play a role she has reprised in the past," wrote Khushbu.
Khushbu further stated that everything ‘happens for good’ without explaining why, adding, “These rumors are like “drishti edutha maadhiri". All that happens, happens for good. Your goodwill, blessings and love is all that we count upon. Thank you for always being with us. So relax, and look forward to yet another blockbuster by the King of Entertainment."
Earlier this week, Hindu Tamil reported that Nayanthara had a heated argument with an assistant director over a costume, which allegedly led to Sundar C halting the shoot in Chennai. The report even suggested that the makers were considering replacing her with Tamannaah and that producer Ishari K Ganesh had to step in to resolve the issue.
