The list included prahaar for 30 rounds, pushups for 30 rounds, pull-ups for 15 rounds, med ball hits for 10 rounds, archer push ups for 10 rounds, tire rolls for 20 rounds, tire slams for 30 rounds, and shadow boxing for 50 rounds.
Sonu Sood is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film Fateh and is also working hard on his character. Sonu Sood is also directing the film, and it will also feature Jacqueline Fernandez, Naseeruddin Shah, and Vijay Raaz in the important roles.
Sonu Sood will be seen in an action avatar in the film produced by Shakti Sagar Productions and Zee Studio. Reports suggest Hollywood stunt expert Lee Whittaker’s help has been taken to shoot some action scenes in the film. It will revolve around a former gangster who is hired to guard a young woman named Jacqueline. In order to keep her safe, Fateh must employ all of his abilities while simultaneously attempting to learn the truth about the threats made against her.
