The Indian Consulate in Seattle celebrated Baisakhi and shared photos from the vibrant festivities on social media. The Indian Consulate in Seattle took to its official X (formerly X) account to post the pictures. The post read, “The 1st Celebration of Baisakhi at the State Capitol in Olympia! Thank you Governor Bob Ferguson, Lieutenant Governor Denny Heck and Secretary of State Steve Hobbs for joining us in the celebrations."

The post, which gave a sneak peak into the celebrations, further added, “Deeply appreciate the impressive participation of eminent leaders from the Indian American Sikh community from across the State of Washington."
