A video of nurses protecting newborn babies during the earthquake in China has been widely shared on social media. In the clip, the medical professionals are seen rushing to stop the cribs from rolling away as violent tremors were felt in China owing to the 7.7 magnitude earthquake in Myanmar.
The video shows nurses at Jingcheng Hospital in Yunnan, China. In the clip, two nurses are seen trying to hold tiny cribs during the violent shaking. They continue to steady the beds as the earthquake sways the hospital building.

Social media users reacted to the video with one commenting, “So scary , but salute to the nurses." Another said, “Damn, that was scary. Glad they are ok."
Many praised the nurses and called them “heroes".
Earthquake In Myanmar
More than 1,000 people have been killed in Myanmar and thousands more injured in the temblor that was also felt in neighbouring countries.
Most of the fatalities are in Mandalay, Myanmar’s second largest city, and the region closest to the earthquake’s epicentre.
Meanwhile, rescue workers are still scrambling to find survivors in Myanmar and in Thailand.
The quake has destroyed buildings and downed bridges across various regions of Myanmar while rescuers in Thailand capital’s Bangkok are also fighting through rubble for workers trapped when a 30-storey skyscraper under construction collapsed.
