'Don't Take It As A Setback': Rishabh Pant Shares Heartfelt Message To Mohsin Khan After Being Ruled Out Of IPL 2025
Rishabh Pant shared a message on social media to the injured Mohsin Khan who was ruled out of IPL 2025 due to injury.
Rishabh Pant, the Lucknow Super Giants skipper, shared a heartfelt message for his Mohsin Khan who was ruled out of the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League due to injury.
Pant replying to LSG’s post on X (formerly known as Twitter) asked Mohsin to not consider his injury as a setback but rather take it as the time to work on himself for the coming years.

In an official announcement made by the IPL, LSG has opted to replace Mohsin with the Indian international Shardul Thakur for the 2025 season.
LSG will hope that they have their fast-bowling unit intact ahead of their opening game against the Delhi Capitals which is set to be held at the ACA International Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam on March 24 (Saturday).
Mohsin has proven himself to be a crucial member of the LSG setup since making his debut in 2022. He began his IPL career, taking 14 wickets in his first year. He was not a prominent feature in the 2023 season but showed optimistic signs in 2024, taking 10 wickets in 10 games. But once again, he finds himself battling fitness concerns prior to the new season.
As per earlier reports, the likes of Mayank Yadav and Avesh Khan are also working with the National Cricket Academy (NCA) and are in a race against time to get fit ahead of the first game of the new season.
Pant will also be LSG’s captain and will be playing against his former franchise where he hopes to make a massive statement. With a new-look side, LSG will hope to get back in contention for a spot in the playoffs after a seventh-placed finish last year.
DC will also be a team to watch out for with their new skipper Axar Patel. Both teams will be expecting to get the win to start off their campaign on a positive note.
