Himachal Pradesh High Court Invites Applications To Fill 18 Posts
For stenographer posts, stenography speed in English should be 100 words per minute.
The High Court Of Himachal Pradesh is inviting online applications for the posts of Stenographer, Judgement Writer, Junior Scale Stenographer, Assistant Librarian and Peon. It has released a total of 18 seats under this recruitment drive.
The High Court has invited applications for one post each for Assistant Librarian and Stenographer. A total of five posts have been released for the Judgement Writer post and 9 posts for Peon. Two seats are up for grabs for the position of Junior Scale Stenographer. The last date to apply for the post is February 26. Educational Qualifications
Judgement Writer– The candidate must have a graduation degree and eight years of experience as either a Stenographer, Judgment Writer, Junior Scale Stenographer or Steno Typist to become eligible for a Judgement Writer. The applicant must have a typing speed of 110 words per minute in English Stenography.
Stenographer– The candidate must have completed his graduation and should have three years of experience as a Steno Typist Judgment Writer or Stenographer. Stenography speed in English is 100 words per minute. The transcription speed should be 50 words per minute.
Junior Scale Stenographer– Graduation degree and three years experience as a Stenotypist. Stenography speed should be 90 words per minute ( WPM) and typing speed of 45 WPM in English
For Assistant Librarian, the candidate must possess a master’s degree in Library Science or Bachelor’s degree in Library Science with three years of experience as a Library Attendant whereas a candidate should have at least a high school pass to become eligible for the Peon position. The pay level of Peon will be in the range of Rs 18,000 to 56,900 as per the qualification.
