In a remarkable tale of perseverance, Ayush Rajput from Khere Nagla village in Kamalganj block of Uttar Pradesh’s Farrukhabad district has set a new precedent by securing a government job, becoming an inspiration for the village youth. This is a first for the village, as no one before him has achieved such success.
Ayush’s journey to success was far from easy. He hails from a family that once struggled with severe financial difficulties. Despite these challenges, Ayush diligently assisted his father in the fields by day and dedicated his remaining time to studying. His relentless determination never wavered, even in the face of adversity.

Ayush shared with Local18 that he devoted himself entirely to preparing for the Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level (SSC CGL) Examination. By addressing his weaknesses, optimising his time, and prioritising his studies, Ayush achieved a milestone many only dream of. His efforts paid off when he was selected as an Assistant Enforcement Officer (AEO) in the prestigious Directorate of Enforcement (ED) of the Government of India.
Ayush’s achievement brought immense joy to Khere Nagla village, where celebrations erupted, sweets were distributed, and the community showered his family with congratulations. Ayush has now become a beacon of hope and a role model for the local youth.
Ayush’s academic journey began at SD Inter College Pahla, continued at Swarajveer Inter College for his 12th grade, and culminated with a BSc degree from Ramakrishna Mahavidyalaya Ranukheda in 2022. He reportedly commuted 15 kilometres daily by bicycle to pursue his education.
The elders of Khere Nagla believe Ayush’s success marks the dawn of new opportunities for government jobs in the village, inspiring future generations to follow in his footsteps.
