The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TN DGE) has released the timetables for the SSLC or Class 10, HSE Plus One (Class 11), and HSC Plus Two (Class 12) public exams. Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, Tamil Nadu’s school education minister, revealed board exam dates for 2024 during a press conference. As a result, the class 12 board exam for Tamil Nadu in 2024 will take place from March 1 to March 22, while the SSLC test will take place from March 26 to April 8. The plus one examinations will take place between March 4 and March 25.

A post on the Tamil Nadu School Education Department’s handle on X (formerly known as Twitter) shared the timetable of the class 10, 11 and 12 public exams.

The class 10 and 12 public exam schedule for 2024 will shortly be made available on the official website, dge.tn.gov.in, by the TN DGE.

Tamil Nadu Class 10,11,12 timetable 2024: How to download

Step 1: Navigate to DGE TN’s official website, dge.tn.gov.in.

Step 2: Select the ‘Notification’ tab from the homepage.

Step 3: A new page will be displayed to the candidates.

Step 4: Select the ‘Circular’ option and then open the ‘Time Table’ link.

Step 5: The PDF of the Tamil Nadu public exam time schedule 2024 will be shown on the screen.

Step 6: For future records, download the Class 10, 11, and 12 timetable PDF.

Class 11 practical examinations are slated for February 19 to 24, while Class 12 practicals are scheduled for February 12 to 17. In addition, practical tests for Class 10 will be held from February 23 to February 29.

Exams for all three classes will commence at 10 am and wrap up at 1:15 pm. The first ten minutes, from 10 am to 10:10 am, have been designated for reading the question papers. The following ten minutes – 10:10 am to 10:15 am are for candidates to verify their information. Students can attempt their exams from 10:15 am to 1:15 pm.

The results of the Tamil Nadu Class 12 public examinations are set to be declared on May 6, while the results of the Class 11 are slated for release on May 14. Furthermore, the SSLC or 10th final results are likely to be released on May 10.
