Haryana Woman Dies Of 'Accidential Poisoning' Shortly After Returning From Maha Kumbh Dip

A woman from Haryana’s Charkhi Dadri city died under suspicious circumstances after returning from the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. Pooja had just returned home with her husband, Ashok, and family members after their pilgrimage.
Upon returning home, Ashok discovered his wife, Pooja, unconscious in their room. As the family unloaded luggage from their car, Pooja went to their room on the roof. When her husband joined her, he discovered her unconscious.

The family rushed Pooja to Charkhi Dadri Civil Hospital, but she tragically died during treatment. The police were informed and they arrived at the hospital to investigate. They took statements from the family, and a post-mortem examination was ordered.
Investigating officer Babita stated that Pooja’s father, Satbir, believes his daughter mistakenly consumed a poisonous substance. Based on his statement, the police have registered a case of accidental death.
In a separate incident near a Panipat railway station, a young woman’s body was found. When the Government Railway Police (GRP) arrived at the scene, they discovered a chilling message written on the deceased’s hand: “I am coming to you." A photo of an individual was also found in her pocket.
Preliminary investigations suggest the woman died after being struck by the Sachkhand Express. The police suspect the case may be related to a love affair. The body has been transferred to the civil hospital mortuary.
Panipat GRP Sub Inspector (SI) Deepak Kumar stated that the station master reported the young woman’s body near the railway tracks in Samalkha. The woman was found wearing red lowers and a jersey.
Railway Police Outpost Incharge Jasbir stated that attempts to identify the woman locally have been unsuccessful. The police will continue their efforts to identify her for the next 72 hours, after which a post-mortem examination will be conducted.
