Among the speakers at the Rising Bharat Summit 2025, the fifth edition of the CNN-News18 marquee leadership conclave to be held in New Delhi on April 8-9, will be Scott Joseph Kelly, an American engineer, retired astronaut, and naval aviator.
A veteran of four space flights, Kelly commanded the International Space Station (ISS) on Expeditions 26, 44, 45, and 46. He retired from NASA on April 1, 2016. His identical twin brother, Mark Kelly, is also a retired astronaut, and the senior US senator from Arizona.

On November 20, 2016, Scott Kelly was appointed United Nations Champion for Space by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs to assist in raising awareness of UNOOSA outreach and activities. In November 2017, a memoir by Kelly was released, called Endurance: A Year in Space, a Lifetime of Discovery.
Kelly was featured on the cover of Time on December 29, 2014. In 2015, he was listed as one of the Time 100 Most Influential People.
