Ananya Panday Drops BTS Glimpse From Kesari Chapter 2 Dubbing
Ananya Panday shared a cute photo of herself from the dubbing session of Kesari Chapter 2.
Bollywood star Ananya Panday is gearing up to light up the big screen alongside R Madhavan and Akshay Kumar in Kesari Chapter 2. Set for a global release on April 18, the film’s arrival was officially announced by Karan Johar and Akshay Kumar.
Ahead of the much-awaited teaser drop, Ananya gave fans a sneak peek into her dubbing session. Taking to her Instagram stories, she shared a stunning black-and-white BTS snap. In the photo, the CTRL actress is seen wearing headphones, ready to record her lines, with a bright, excited smile resting on her face.

For those unaware, Ananya Panday, Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan’s Kesari chapter 2’s teaser is going to be released today, on March 24. The sequel to Kesari (2019), starring Akshay Kumar in the lead, marks the directional debut of Karan Singh Tyagi. The film is produced under the banner of Dharma Productions in association with Leo Media Collective and Cape of Good Films. Announcing the teaser release date and other details on Instagram, Karan Johar shared an exciting video. Alongside it, he wrote, “Kuch ladaaiyan hathiyaaron se nahi ladi jaati (Some battles are not fought with weapons). #KesariChapter2 teaser out on 24th March. In cinemas 18th April, worldwide."
Earlier, the producer also introduced the debutant filmmaker to Hindi cinema with a powerful note on Instagram. Johar shared a picture message slamming the trollers who claim him to be the flagbearer of nepotism. He revealed how the upcoming film, Kesari Chapter 2, will boast maximum outsiders. An excerpt from his long caption read, “I am so proud to say that our next offering is the 24th debutant filmmaker we have introduced to Hindi cinema! (Trivia for trollers: 90% of them are ‘outsiders’) I rarely write notes before the release of a film but few films excite me, energise me and inspire me the way the process of his film has."
FYI: Starring Ananya Panday, Akshay Kumar, and R Madhavan in key roles, Kesari Chapter 2 is written by Raghu and Pushpa Palat. The storyline is inspired by the courageous C. Sankaran Nair, a lawyer who challenged the British Raj to reveal the tragic truth behind the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. There are also a few personal touches of the filmmakers and other scenarios from India’s struggle for independence in the film.
