Krushna Abhishek Defends Samay Raina Amid IGL Controversy, Says 'Gaali Galoch Theek Hai Bhai'
Krushna Abhishek defended Samay Raina amid India's Got Latent controversy, praising his humour.

Comedian-actor Krushna Abhishek recently defended Samay Raina amid India’s Got Latent row. He said that Raina has a niche audience and he makes jokes “innocently". Krushna also expressed his desire to appear on Raina’s show, mentioning that he was previously invited but couldn’t participate due to health issues.
Calling Samay Raina a “cute person", Krushna said, “The good part about his roasts is that he still respects everyone. He is a very good human being. He will come on our show and I was going to go for India’s Got Latent but I couldn’t make it earlier as I was unwell. He had invited me. I love his show, it is good. Gaali Galoch, theek hai bhai. He has his different audience, he does it all innocently and people don’t take offence. I want to go on his show, hopefully if it happens, I will be there as a guest."

All you need to know about India’s Got Latent controversy
It all started when Ranveer Allahbadia, who runs the popular YouTube channel BeerBiceps, appeared on India’s Got Latent in January 2025. There, he asked a young contest: “Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?" The question sparked widespread outrage, with many rebuking him for the alleged vulgarity. Soon after, the video was removed from YouTube after the intervention of the I&B Ministry and the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).
As for the latest update, Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina reportedly appeared before the Maharashtra Cyber Office on February 28 to record their statements in the ongoing India’s Got Latent controversy. Influencer Apoorva Makheja, who was also a guest on the show that evening, was also quizzed by the authorities, suggested a Free Press Journal report. The outcome of the questioning is yet to be made public.
