Salman Khan, Sajid Nadiadwala, and AR Murugadoss are bringing the heat with their much-anticipated film Sikandar, set to hit theaters on March 30, 2025. With excitement building, director Murugadoss has dropped fresh insights that have fans buzzing even louder.
At the heart of it all? Salman Khan’s grand entry. Murugadoss revealed that the superstar’s introduction isn’t just a scene—it’s an event. “I’ve worked with many superstars before, but Salman sir’s intro in Sikandar is something special. We made sure his entry scene becomes one of the film’s biggest highlights," he told Pinkvilla.

He went on to explain their strategy: “We always shape the script first. But once we have the hero, we craft the introduction to match their stardom. With Salman, we knew the expectations, and we’ve paid extra attention to deliver."
The director also hinted at the film’s action-packed tempo, noting key moments that’ll keep audiences hooked. “The hero’s introduction, the interval sequence, an emotional scene in the second half, and the climax—each has its own punch. There are multiple high points throughout."
However, due to heightened security concerns, the promotional plan has shifted gears. Originally, a massive trailer launch event featuring 30,000 fans was in the works. That’s now been canceled. Instead, Salman will focus on digital promotions to connect with his audience. Pinkvilla reports that the trailer’s final cut is ready, with a launch slated for either March 23 or 24.
Backing Salman is a powerhouse cast: Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sharman Joshi. Together, under Murugadoss’s direction and Nadiadwala’s banner, they’re set to deliver an action-packed spectacle.
The teaser, unveiled on February 27, already set the internet ablaze. From the first frame, Salman Khan commands the screen—throwing punches, delivering sharp dialogues, and owning every second. His presence is amplified by a thumping background score that keeps the adrenaline high.
