Those who know Shruti Haasan – the actor, are aware of the fact that she is a phenomenal singer and musician too. The star was set to perform in front of a live audience in Hyderabad on Friday, March 28, but her show was postponed just hours before the performance. The event’s team issued an official statement citing the reason. The Luck actor reshared the post on her Instagram story.
The event management team also announced the new concert date, which is almost a month away from now – April 26, 2025. “Due to unforeseen technical team challenges, the Shruti Haasan concert has been rescheduled to 26th April 2025. Tickets booked via BookMyShow remain valid for the new date (sic)," read a part of the statement by the event organisers.

The post also explained the process for claiming refunds. “Additionally, guests who have already booked their tickets will be granted entry at no additional cost. Unable to attend? Request a refund directly through your BookMyShow account (sic)," the message read. Take a look:
Apart from a stellar lineup of acting projects, Shruti Haasan, daughter of veteran actor-politician Kamal Haasan, is also a musician, who writes, composes and programs her songs. Previously speaking to Deccan Chronicle about her concert, she said, “I’m really excited for people to watch us live again. I think they can expect a lot of heavy guitars, a lot of singing, a lot of fun and a lot of energy and a mix of my original English compositions and some other surprises. It’s always fun for me to perform alive."
Meanwhile, Shruti Haasan has multiple big-budget projects in the pipeline. She will be seen alongside Rajinikanth in Coolie, produced by Sun Pictures. Though the official release date of the project has yet to be unveiled, the film is touted to release in the later half of the year. Apart from this, she will be seen in Salaar Part 2 with Prabhas, Train with Vijay Sethupati and Jana Nayagan, which marks Thalapathy Vijay’s last film before he completely shifts focus to his political career.
