Tara Sutaria Makes FIRST Appearance After Aadar Jain's 'Time Pass' Comment, Sports 'Revenge Dress'
Before marrying Alekha, Aadar Jain was dating Tara Sutaria. However, the two called it quits in 2023.
Tara Sutaria made her first public appearance on Wednesday night, days after her former boyfriend, Aadar Jain, married Alekha Advani. In a video that surfaced on social media, Tara was seen posing for the paparazzi in a gorgeous black one-shoulder outfit. She tied her hair into a neat bun, opted for glam makeup, and wore minimal accessories. Needless to say, the Bollywood diva looked gorgeous.
However, soon after the video was shared online, fans rushed to the comments section to praise Tara’s look. One of the users also mentioned that the actress’ outfit reminded him of Princess Diana’s revenge dress. For the unversed, Princess Diana also wore a black off-the-shoulder gown 1994 after Prince Charles confessed to adultery on national television. It was a statement of her independence and strength.

Meanwhile, Tara Sutaria’s appearance comes days after a video from Aadar Jain’s mehendi ceremony went viral on social media, in which the groom was heard saying, “I have always loved her and I have always wanted to be with her. So she sent me on this long journey of 20 years through time-pass. It was worth the wait because I get to marry this beautiful, beautiful woman, who looks like a dream. I love you, and it was worth the wait. It’s a secret, I have always loved her. I have done time pass for four years of my life. But now I’m with you, baby."
The statement left many disappointed, with netizens slamming Aadar for seemingly calling his previous relationship “timepass." Later, Tara’s mother, Tina Sutaria, seemingly bashed Aadar and took a dig at the member of the Kapoor family.
She took to her Instagram stories and shared a note which read, “If your boyfriend/husband ever says anything disrespectful to you, tell him to write it down on a piece of paper, get in his car, drive and deliver it to his mother, or simply hand it to his daughter. If he can’t say it to his mother or doesn’t want another man to one day say it to his daughter, he shouldn’t be saying it to you (sic)."
