Ingredients

  • 8 oz unsweetened pinapple chunks, undrained

  • 1 large banana, sliced

  • 15 ice cubes

  • 12 oz evaporated skim milk

  • 1/2 c pineapple/banana juice

  • 1/2 t sum

  • 1/2 t coconut extract

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth.
