Filmmaker Mansoor Khan revealed that he initially wanted his cousin, Aamir Khan, to play Chandrachur Singh’s role in the 2000 film 'Josh'. However, Aamir mistakenly believed he was being considered for the role played by Shah Rukh Khan. Mansoor also shared that Kajol was interested in playing Max but declined the role of Shah Rukh Khan’s sister.
