If the employees feel heavy headed after drinking alcohol, they get a leave of 2-3 hours during work to clear their mind. The CEO of the company says that they cannot pay more to their employees, so they want to give a different work culture. In this way, they are offering the employees something that they like more than money.
The starting salary of the company is 222,000 yen, that is more than Rs 1.27 lakh, while money is also given for 20 hours of overtime.
