UK-Based Scientist Found Dismembered And Dumped In Suitcase While On Colombia Holiday
The police said that they have only found his head, hands and feet while search is ongoing for his torso and remaining body parts.
The body of a UK-based scientist was found after he was brutally murdered in Colombia where he was on a holiday, it was reported.
The trained biologist was dismembered after being killed and packed into a suitcase before being dumped into a stream in the Caribbean city of Santa Marta, officials said.

Santa Marta’s mayor Carlos Pinedo Cuello offered a nearly £10,000 reward to anyone with information linked to the murder.
The mayor said: “I have instructed the authorities to join forces to solve the case. We are offering a reward of fifty million Colombian pesos for information that will allow us to identify and capture those responsible."
The mayor added, “This crime will not go unpunished. Criminals must know that in Santa Marta criminality has no place. We will pursue them until they are brought to justice."
