On a day when India’s fieldwork seemed sloppy, Radha excelled with her stunning catches. In the 32nd over, Radha took diving catch to dismiss Brooke Halliday and hand Priya Mishra her first international wicket. The New Zealand batter stepped out to attack a straight delivery but mistimed it. Radha ran back, dived full length, and took a sensational catch to stun everyone on the field.

It was her third catch in the game. The first one, leading to Georgia Plimmer’s dismissal, was another diving effort at mid-wicket. Plimmer looked to flick Deepti Sharma’s good-length delivery but could only manage a thick outside edge. The ball was lobbed in the air and was grabbed by Radha.

Later, Radha took a regulation catch off her own bowling to dismiss Bates for 58.

Radha was also the pick of the Indian bowlers, returning 4 for 69 in 10 overs.  Deepti Sharma ended with 2/30.
