Sargun Mehta, Ravi Dubey On Commitment And Efforts To Maintain Love: 'We Want To Win Together'

Ask anyone to name a couple whose love story is the embodiment of fairy tale romance; it would be Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta. From their loved-up photos to public displays of affection through acts of service and words full of admiration, the couple continues to go strong together. As fans keep waiting for the lovebirds to give insights into their relationship, the duo recently appeared on a podcast where they spoke about the commitment. They also reflected on their joint efforts for a successful marital life and also the binding factor that keeps them together.
Ravi Dubey, in a conversation with Humans of Bombay’s Karishma Mehta, said, “Our parents didn’t intellectualise commitment so much. Ask them how they have been married for so long. There is no intellectual parameter for it. I feel very happy and content when she wins. Even today. And vice versa. That’s it. We want to win together. That’s the binding factor…between us is that we want to see each other win. That’s going to be there for the rest of our lives and even after that."

Sargun Mehta, who joined her beau for the intriguing conversation, added that he goes an extra mile to acknowledge and appreciate her work. She continued, “Every night, every day in the morning, every time he sees me doing something, he tells me how great I am. And I don’t need to hear it from the world. If someone is constantly telling you how amazing you are, then that’s great. You will do the best. Then, you are ‘delulu’. So, I am in a delulu that I am good."
Beyond their personal life, Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey have been setting examples through their professional endeavours and collaborations. The couple recently launched a few shows under their banner, Dreamiyata Dramaa. These shows include Tujhse Haii Ashiqui, Lovely Lolla, Rafuu and Terre Ho Jaayein Hum. While Tujhse Haii Ashiqui stars Abhishek Kumar and Mahir Pandhi in lead roles, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta are set to come together for Terre Ho Jaayein Hum. On the other hand, Gauahar Khan along with Isha Malviya, will play the lead in Lovely Lolla.
For the show Rafuu, Bigg Boss 17 fame Ayesha Khan was roped in to play the female lead. She will share screen space with Karan V Grover, a popular television figure.
