Meghan Trainor Shares Why She Wants To Undergo Breast Surgery: ‘I’ve Wanted This My Whole Life’

Meghan Trainor isn’t shying away from speaking her mind. In the latest episode of her podcast Workin’ On It, the 30-year-old American singer openly discussed her plans for plastic surgery and explained how it might benefit both her personal and professional lives. Meghan’s brother, Ryan Trainor, and her husband, Daryl Sabara, joined her in the conversation for the episode titled Workin’ on Upgrades.
Meghan Trainor opened up about her plans for breast surgery, explaining how her body has changed since becoming a mother. The 30-year-old Made You Look singer, who has two sons, Riley and Barry, with her husband, actor Daryl Sabara, shared that the changes from pregnancy and weight fluctuations have caused some physical discomfort.

She also discussed how this has affected her experience with performing, especially during her recent Timeless Tour. Meghan mentioned that while trying on outfits for concerts, she faced challenges in finding comfortable yet supportive bras, which sometimes affected how her clothes fit. She added that this made it harder to wear some of the stunning outfits she had planned for the shows.
As Meghan shared her excitement about getting breast surgery, saying she’s been looking forward to it for a long time, her brother Ryan reacted, saying, “Yeah, you’ve said this since you were like 16 years old, so this is not a new thing." To this, she reacted, “I have wanted this my whole life." she added that the procedure is “going to be huge" for her confidence.
Meanwhile, the All About That Bass singer further said that she might just get a “lift" or a “little implant" so that they appear, as she described,
This wasn’t the first time plastic surgery came up in their candid podcast. Last summer, her brother Ryan opened up about his experience with Botox injections for the first time. He said it was a “lot of jabs." Ryan had also thanked Meghan then for encouraging him to try the procedure, saying, Thank you very much, Meghan, you just want me to be better and I’m very blessed to have you in my life."
