Neha Kakkar hit headlines after she arrived three hours late to her concert in Melbourne recently. The popular singer faced an angry crowd who booed her and urged her to go back. A video of her breaking down on stage and apologising to the crowd also went viral. Later, in a statement, Neha revealed that the organisers ran away without payment, and that her band wasn’t provided with basic necessities like food, hotel, or water. She said that despite all this, they still went on stage for the show because of her fans.

In the latest twist, the organisers have now hit back at Neha Kakkar, accusing her of causing a Rs 4.52 crore loss. The show organizers, Beats Production, released a detailed expense report for Kakkar’s concerts in Sydney and Melbourne, claiming that due to her ‘unprofessionalism,’ they have been banned from performing at the Margaret Court Arena. They also alleged that they have been barred from Crown Towers in both Sydney and Melbourne after Neha was caught smoking in the artist room, which is strictly prohibited in Australia.

During a Facebook Live session on March 28, the organisers addressed Neha Kakkar’s claims of not being provided food, water, or hotel accommodations, stating that all necessary arrangements had been made. To support their claim, they shared a video on Instagram showing Neha arriving at the airport, meeting the organisers, and being escorted to her car—with multiple cars arranged for her comfort.

“The allegations are completely false. We are in big debt after the show. She should be the one paying us… it was a mistake having her on board," said the organisers.

Neha Kakkar had said in her statement, “Do you all know that I performed absolutely free for my Melbourne audience? The organisers ran away with my money and others too. My band was not even given food, hotel and even water. My husband and his boys went and provided them food. Inspite of all of this we still went on stage and did the show without any rest or anything because there my fans were waiting for hours for me."

It all began when Neha Kakkar allegedly performed for just one hour at her recent Melbourne concert. During the event, she broke down in tears, apologising to fans for the delay. However, the moment didn’t sit well with concertgoers, who accused her of putting on an act, calling her emotional breakdown nothing but “drama."
