Girls Will Be Girls, the Richa Chadha-Ali Fazal-backed coming-of-age drama film featuring Preeti Panigrahi, Kani Kusruti and Kesav Binoy Kiran has been enjoying positive reviews from audiences as well as celebrities. After Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra and Dia Mirza, now RajKummar Rao has also joined the bandwagon and showered praises on the film calling it “beautiful."
Taking to Instagram, the Stree 2 actor dropped a poster of Girls Will Be Girls on his stories and wrote, “This is such a beautiful, coming-of-age film produced by our very own Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal. More power to you both doston. The film stays with you for a long time. Congratulations #SuchiTalati on Girls Will Be Girls and Kani Kusruti, Preeti Panigrahi and Kesav Binoy Kiran such fine performances by you all."

Helmed by Suchi Talati, the film marks the debut of Richa and Ali as producers with their joint venture Pushing Buttons Studios. It follows a captivating story set in a boarding school in a small Himalayan hamlet in North India.
The film is streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Recently, during a chat with SCREEN, Ali opened up about his debut production venture and said, “Our country is known for its jugaad and ability to solve problems. To be honest, we asked for money from many sources and even broke our FDs to make Girls Will Be Girls. We did, however, manage. It is now receiving a good release and many sections of the audience are watching it."
Recently, the makers of Girls Will Be Girls organised a premiere of the film in Mumbai where several B-town celebs including Dia Mirza, Konkona Sen Sharma, Vijay Varma, Rasika Dugal and Aditi Rao Hydari marked their presence.
Talking about RajKummar, he was last seen in the comedy entertainer film Vicky Vidya Ka Voh Wala Video opposite actress Triptii Dimri. Helmed by Raaj Shaandiliyaa, the film also featured Vijay Raaz, Mallika Sherawat and Archana Puran Singh in significant roles. He will be next seen in the upcoming gangster drama, Maalik. Backed by Tips, the official release date of the film is still awaited. Apart from that, he also has the web series Guns and Gulaabs Season 2 in his kitty.
