Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently seen in Sikandar with Rashmika Mandanna. News18 Showsha gave the film 3.5 stars. Our review read, “Sikandar heavily relies upon Salman Khan’s mass-appeal roots. With multiple whistle-blowing scenes, it’s impossible not to get swept away in the excitement and cheer for Bollywood’s ‘Bhai’ in theatres. His action sequences are specially crafted to showcase his signature style, and his swag is on full display. The film’s direction is also intentionally done to cater to his fan base, and it’s clear that every frame is designed to make fans compelled to cheer."
“However, Salman Khan lacks emotional connection in the scenes where he is trying to deal with the grief of his wife’s death. Such scenes look very disconnected and will not speak to you. When it comes to action, the film is packed with it to the brim, but it’s its emotional quotient that becomes its weakest link," the review also reads.
