Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most famous actors. He has made a special place in the hearts of his fans. Called as Romance King, the actor has given many hits which is still fresh in the minds of the audience. Well, just like him, his iconic residence, Mannat, equally draws similar attention. However, currently the place is undergoing renovation. Recently, a video showcasing the initial stages of the renovation has surfaced and is going viral.
In the video, shared by Instant Bollywood, we can see construction workers doing work on the top floor of the house. They are tying rope and other essentials ahead of the work. The whole house is empty. Shah Rukh Khan and his family have moved out of Mannat. The renovation work at iconic sea-facing bungalow is likely to be completed in two years. SRK, Gauri, and the kids were spotted making their way into a gorgeous apartment complex in Bandra’s upscale Pali Hill.

According to a report by HT, SRK has leased these floors from none other than producer Vashu Bhagnani. In fact, it’s a family affair — the agreement was signed with his kids, actor Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, who co-own the property, Puja Casa.
Shah Rukh Khan was recently in Dubai and attended an event for Damac Properties. At the event, Shah Rukh Khan engaged with his fans and their fun banter has gone viral across social media platforms. Shah Rukh had a witty reply to a fan asking to touch him, in typical SRK style.
A fan screamed, “Shah Rukh I love you." The actor replied, “I also love you. We can marry after this." Another fan said, “I want to touch you." Shah Rukh Khan said, “Arre, aise thode bolte hain publically. (Sings) I wanna touch you touch you touch you. Mere ko bhi sharam aati hai. Aise thode na publically tu bolega aise."

Previously, at the Locarno Film Festival, Shah Rukh Khan opened up about King and said, “It is an action drama, it’s a Hindi film. It’ll be interesting. I’ve been wanting to do a film like that for some time, and I really wanted to do a film like this for seven, or eight years… We are all coming together to make a cool, massy, action, emotional film." King’s release date has not been announced as of now.
