Shocking Video Shows Ghaziabad Cop Abusing Woman, Internet Calls It ‘Unacceptable’

A disturbing video from Ghaziabad has surfaced online which shows a police officer misbehaving with a woman and using abusive language during a heated exchange. The incident reportedly took place at Sikanderpur Police Station in the Teela Mod area. As soon as the clip gained attention on social media, it sparked widespread outrage and calls for strict action.
In the video, the police officer could also be heard using abusive words while having a heated conversation with the woman complainant. It is surprising to hear such language from someone in uniform.

“Kya karwayi karein yeh bta, tu kya karwayi karein. Jayada kanoonchi ban rhi hai," the officer can be heard yelling in the video.
When the woman calmly tells him that she is speaking politely and asks why he is getting angry, the officer becomes even more aggressive.
“Teri samjh me nahi aari hai na. Jyada bole jaa rhi hai, c****** samajh rhi hai kya humein. Teri zubaan jail bhijwaegi use. Mujhse likhwale ab. Jabse toh teri madad karne ki soch rahe the hum, ab nahi karenge. Jahan tujko jana ho, chali ja," he says.
Despite the woman pointing out his rude behaviour, the officer continues to yell and threaten her. The video does not clearly explain the background of the complaint but during the argument, the officer is heard saying that once a rape case is filed, it leads to immediate arrest, regardless of whether the accused is guilty or not.
People expressed anger over the officer’s behaviour and misuse of power. Many slammed the way he dealt with the woman.
One user commented, “Filing a rape case has become a Joke now in India. Yet another video which proves it. This officer is saying as soon as rape case is filed, the person will land in jail whether he has done anything or not."
Another said, “This is unacceptable and hopefully necessary action is taken."
“This clearly shows that police officers can manipulate the laws as per their will. He got offended because the woman was talking about laws. More transparency is required in Police and judicial system," a person remarked.
A comment read, “This is happening so frequently now, who should we depend on during crimes then? Everything is joke nowadays."
“Even if I accept that the woman was getting on his nerves for too long, that is not the way to deal with someone when you clearly hold the power. They are ‘Public Servants’. I’m not saying to bow down to public but at least keep your head cool and voice down with people," a viewer expressed.
Following the outrage online, the Ghaziabad Police responded to the matter. The Deputy Commissioner of Police (Trans Hindon) said, “In the above case, the concerned post in-charge has been placed on line duty with immediate effect. After investigation, necessary legal action will be taken."
