Q4 Earnings 2025: Infosys, Wipro, IREDA, Tata Elxsi and Others To Announce Quarterly Result
Private lenders including HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, key insurance players, IT firms and financial services major IREDA are among the companies that will release their financial earnings statement from April 14-19.

Indian stock exchanges will operate for only three days this week, but investors and analysts can expect a busy period with many companies set to announce their Q4FY25 quarterly earnings. Private lenders including HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, key insurance players, IT firms and financial services major IREDA are among the companies that will release their financial earnings statement from April 14-19.
The Indian stock markets will have a shortened trading week due to public holidays on April 14 (Ambedkar Jayanti) and April 18 (Good Friday). The financial results posted by these companies will give insights into the impact of ongoing economic uncertainty on their performance. These insights will also pave the way for the companies and analysts to estimate the future outlook for FY26, particularly with a focus on Donald Trump’s recently announced tariffs on over 180 trade partners.

The companies listed below will announce their quarterly results this week:
GM Breweries (April 15)
The alcoholic beverage company will post its Q4FY25 on Tuesday, April 15. For the quarter ending December 2024, the company posted a revenue increase of 5.7 per cent year over year to Rs 166 crore, compared to Rs 157 crore in the same period the previous year. However, the company recorded a net profit decline to Rs 22 crore, a 4.3% decrease from the same quarter last year.
In comparison to the previous year, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) increased by 18 per cent to Rs 30 crore from Rs 25.3 crore. For the quarter that concluded in December, EBITDA margins increased from 16 per cent to 18 per cent.
IREDA (April 15)
On Tuesday, April 15, the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) will release the results for the fourth quarter. For the third quarter, the PSU’s net profit (profit after tax) increased by 26.8 per cent year over year to Rs 425.4 crore from Rs 335.5 crore during the same time the previous year. In Q3FY25, IREDA’s overall operating revenue increased by more than 35 per cent to Rs 1,698.45 crore.
ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard General Insurance and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance (April 15 and April 19)
On Tuesday, April 15, the two insurance companies backed by ICICI Bank will release their Q4 earnings. The other ICICI Group companies are also scheduled to release their fourth-quarter results this week. On Saturday, April 19, ICICI Bank, the country’s second-largest private-sector lender, will release its results.
Wipro (April 16)
On Wednesday, April 16, the IT major is scheduled to reveal its Q4FY25 results. With a marginal currency growth of 0.1 per cent in Q3FY25, it posted a revenue of $2,629.1 million, which was in line with expectations. Moreover, the company’s revenue increased 0.4 per cent on a quarter-over-quarter basis to Rs 22,285 crore. EBITDA increased 4.5 per cent quarterly to Rs 3,899 crore, and the EBITDA margin improved from 16.8 per cent to 17.5 per cent.
Wipro projects Q4 revenue between $2,602 million and $2,655 million, reflecting a constant currency growth of -1% to 1%. Whether it will meet expectations remains to be seen.
Infosys (April 17)
The fourth-quarter results of India’s second-largest IT services major will be released on Thursday, April 17, following market close. In Q3FY25, Infosys reported a 7.5 per cent growth in revenue to Rs 41,764 crore, while its net profit increased by 11.4 per cent to Rs 6,806 crore. Also, the company increased its FY25 revenue growth forecast from 4.5 per cent to 5 per cent.
Tata Elxsi (April 17)
On Thursday, April 17, the Tata Group’s company will release its Q4FY25 financial results. The company’s net profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2024, was Rs 199 crore, down 13.3 per cent from the September quarter’s Rs 229.4 crore.
HDFC Bank, HDFC AMC and HDFC Life Insurance (April 19)
On Saturday, April 19, the biggest private lender in India will release its fourth-quarter financial results. HDFC Bank’s Q3 earnings showed an 8 per cent year-over-year increase in Net Interest Income (NII) to Rs 30,653 crore.
The net profit increased 2 per cent year over year to Rs 16,736 crore, which was somewhat higher than the Rs 16,548 crore prediction. The net non-performing asset (NPA) increased from 0.41 per cent to 0.46 per cent and the gross non-performing asset (NPA) increased from 1.36 per cent to 1.42 per cent, indicating a slight decline in asset quality.
The Q4 results of HDFC Asset Management Company and HDFC Life Insurance Company, two additional HDFC Group entities, will be made public on Thursday, April 17.
Yes Bank (April 19)
The Q4FY25 results will be released by the lender on Saturday, April 19. With a net profit of Rs 612.3 crore for the third quarter of FY25, Yes Bank posted strong results, greatly outpacing the Rs 538.9 crore predicted by the CNBC-TV18 poll.
With a net profit of almost 165 per cent higher than the Rs 231.5 crore in the same quarter the previous year, the private sector lender’s profitability has increased significantly year over year.
