Railway RPF Constable SI Vacancy 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued the notification for the hiring of Sub-Inspectors and Constables within the Railway Protection Force (RPF). As per the official notice, the application process will open on April 15 and the last day to apply is May 14.
Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the roles of Constable and Sub-Inspector on the official website — rpf.Indianrailways.gov.in. A total of 4660 vacancies have been notified by RRB which includes 4208 posts of RPF constable and 452 posts of Sub Inspector.

RPF Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

RPF Recruitment 2024: Examination Pattern
The recruitment process for the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF) will consist of three phases — Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and Documents Verification. The exam is held for 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes). For every incorrect answer, one-third of the total marks in each question will be deducted.
RPF Recruitment 2024: Salary Details
The remuneration for RPF Constables is set at Rs 21,700 while the pay scale for RPF Sub-Inspectors (SI) is Rs 35,400.
