A report by a Canadian commission accusing the Indian government of interfering in Canada’s elections is “false and fabricated", sources told CNN-News18 on Wednesday.

“All allegations against India by Canada are baseless," an Indian government source said. “Instead of accusing us, they should comply with the dossiers we have given over time. Crimes against India are being committed by people residing on Canadian soil. Despite hard evidence, no action has been taken."

In the past decade, almost 30 dossiers have been given to Canada, with no reply, the sources said.

“Terror attack perpetrators are residing in Canada, but not even a single compliance has been made. From the Kanishka bombing to the Mohali attack, all were done by Khalistani groups based in Canada," said a source. “There is a long list of non-cooperation by Canada in the name of freedom of expression. LRs and Interpol notices are all pending without any progress."

According to the sources, India very specifically asked Canada to take action against individuals who have committed major crimes:

    1. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, founder of Sikhs for Justice, designated terrorist, accused of sedition and running the “Referendum 2020" campaign from Canada/US.

    2. Satinderjeet Singh, or Goldy Brar, is linked to Sidhu Moose Wala’s murder. Canada confirmed his presence but cited legal hurdles for extradition.

    3. Harjot Singh, or Rinda, linked to drone-based arms smuggling into Punjab, Rs 10 lakh reward announced by NIA.

    4. Sandeep Singh Sidhu is allegedly involved in crimes ranging from extortion to terrorism and is currently employed by the Canada Border Service Agency.

    5. Arshdeep Singh, or Arsh Dalla, is accused of radicalising Sikh youths to participate in criminal activities in India.

    6. Lakhbir Singh’s role came to light in two rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) attacks in Punjab, with a reward of Rs 15 lakh for information leading to his arrest.

    7. Charanjit Singh, or Rinku Randhwa, also known as Rinku Randhawa, is a gangster and pro-Khalistan radical with over 25 criminal cases against him.

    8. Ramandeep Singh is the brother of gangster Gagan Judge of the Jaipal Bhullar Gang.

    9. Sukha Duneke, or Sukhdul Singh, has 30 criminal cases against him.

Former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had been playing the Pakistani ISI’s game to keep the Sikh diaspora happy, the sources alleged.

Youths were taken to Canada from Punjab and forced to speak and act against India for public relations, they said.

“The Indian government’s problem is the visa granted to Indian accused by Canada, and they commit more crimes against India from Canada to prove themselves. Canada is not sensitive to the demands of India," a source said. “Gurpatwant Singh Pannun is operating from the UK, US, and Canada, and he is issuing every possible threat, but there is no response from any country."
