Akshay Kumar 'Grateful' As Ajay Devgn Praises His Upcoming Film, Kesari: Chapter 2
Ajay Devgn shared the trailer for Kesari Chapter 2 on Instagram, lauding Akshay Kumar and the film's team.
The highly anticipated trailer for Kesari: Chapter 2, starring Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan, has finally been released, receiving an overwhelming response from audiences. Dropped on Thursday, the official trailer offers a gripping glimpse into Sankaran Nair’s legal battle against the British Empire following the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.
While fans are already praising both the trailer and Akshay Kumar’s performance, the film also received a major endorsement from Ajay Devgn. Taking to Instagram, Ajay reshared the trailer and extended his best wishes to Akshay and the entire team of Kesari: Chapter 2.

For those unaware, while Bhagat Singh was not involved in the Jallianwala Bagh matter, he was believed to have been deeply affected by the incident and became determined to join the fight for independence. Singh was only 12 at the time of the massacre.
Devgn’s post caught the attention of Akshay Kumar, who shared his gratitude toward the Singham actor. “Thank you, brother. We’ve given our all to bring this darkest chapter of our history in front of the world. Can’t wait for everyone to witness it on the big screen!" the Sky Force actor said.
Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, Kesari Chapter 2 is a sequel to Akshay’s 2019 film Kesari. The film focuses on the legal battle led by C. Sankaran Nair against the British government over their conspiracy behind the tragic Jallianwala Bagh massacre. R. Madhavan plays the role of British lawyer Neville McKinley, while Ananya Panday is also seen as a key character.
The film will be released on April 18.
