Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter Tour Struggles To Sell Out Tickets
Just days before the first show, fans have noticed that many tickets remain unsold, and there has also been a significant price reduction.
After her highest-grossing Renaissance World Tour, Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter tour was supposed to be her big return to the stage. The upcoming tenth concert tour of the American singer-songwriter, in support of her eighth studio album, Cowboy Carter, has been planned across the US, the UK, and France. However, just two days before the first show of the tour in Los Angeles, many tickets remain unsold, and now, fans have also noticed a significant reduction in the prices of the same.
Taking to X, many users have pointed out that the tickets for some shows in the US have become much cheaper compared to before. Some have even noticed that resale tickets for the Los Angeles concert are now being sold for as low as $20. This is a 75 per cent drop from the original price, which was $85. Many also joked that the tickets for Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter tour’s first show are now cheaper than McDonald’s new Minecraft meal, launched in association with The Minecraft Movie, which costs around $21 in the US.

Several online users also shared their hilarious reactions to this comparison, suggesting that Beyonce has been struggling to sell the tickets for her show. One user said, “The Cowboy Carter tour starts in less than a week, and there are still thousands of tickets left for opening night…" Another remarked, “So it’s either be hungry and bored or have a meal? Yea, I’m taking the second option"

A different user wrote, “She really thought this would sell well. Should have waited until she released the third rock album, then go on tour."
Despite the online chatter, Beyonce’s die-hard fans stood up for her. Taking to X, a fan wrote, “Wait till the tour start, once those clips start dropping, people will be flocking to get tickets, I know it." Someone also pointed out that these are resale tickets, saying, “You DO realise those are RESALE tickets. Beyonce made her money already!"
Right after winning not one but three Grammys at the 67th annual Grammy Awards this year, the 43-year-old announced her Cowboy Carter tour, which will kick off on April 28 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Following this, Beyonce will perform in Chicago, East Rutherford, London, Houston and Atlanta, among other places, before concluding her tenth tour in the US on July 26, 2025.
