Gauri Khan sold her luxurious flat in Mumbai's Dadar West for Rs 11.61 crore, earning a Rs 3.1 crore profit in 2.5 years. The family moved to Pali Hill during Mannat's renovation.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, Gauri Khan, recently made a smart move in the real estate market. The interior designer and entrepreneur recently sold her luxurious flat in Mumbai’s posh Dadar West area for a whopping Rs 11.61 crore, earning herself a cool Rs 3.1 crore profit in just 2.5 years.

According to media reports, Gauri sold the luxury residential property in Dadar West area, Mumbai, amid renovation of their Bandra residence Mannat. According to a report by Money Control, the property transaction was officially registered in March 2025.

    The apartment Gauri sold is located in the Kohinoor Altissimo building, a ready-to-move residential project developed by Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The project offers a variety of units, including 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3.5 BHK apartments.

    The apartment spans a built-up area of 184.42 square meters (1,985 sq ft) and a carpet area of 167.55 square meters (1,803.94 sq ft), with the added bonus of two parking spaces.

    Gauri reportedly purchased the apartment in August 2022 for Rs 8.5 crore. Since then, its value has appreciated by an impressive 37 per cent, bringing the selling price to Rs 11.61 crore.

    In the meantime, Shah Rukh Khan and his family have moved out of their iconic, sea-facing residence, Mannat. They’ve reportedly shifted to lavish duplex apartments in Pali Hill, which the actor recently leased. According to a report in Hindustan Times, Mannat is set for a grand transformation, which is why the family has relocated temporarily. The renovation is expected to take around two years.

    The revamped Mannat is set to include two additional floors, which were added to the Mannat annexe. This expansion was approved after Gauri sought permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority in November 2024.
