Maha Kumbh 2025, the biggest of all Kumbhs, is being held at the meeting point of the sacred rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati in Prayagraj. The biggest spiritual gathering has captured the attention from all around the world, with several renowned faces traveling to the popular city of Uttar Pradesh to seek the blessings of the deity. Among others, actor and singer Guru Randhawa also took a holy dip in the Triveni sangam at the ongoing Maha Kumbh.

Taking to Instagram, Guru dropped a collage video from Prayagraj in which he could be seen taking a dip in the Sangam, enjoying a boat ride and watching the aarti in the evening. Not just this, the singer also delighted his fans by taking selfies with them.

    Interestingly, the video was attached to singer Kailash Kher’s song Jay-JayKaara from the film Baahubali 2. Sharing the video, Guru wrote in the caption, “Blessed to take a sacred dip in Maa Ganga at Prayagraj, where faith flows and spirituality thrives. Starting my new journey with God’s blessing. Har har Gange!" The singer’s caption also hinted towards his upcoming project. However, details regarding the same are yet to be revealed.

    As soon as the singer dropped the video online, it captured the attention of the audiences. An Instagram user stated, “Stay safe, stay blessed." Another one mentioned, “Maa Ganga always blesses you." One of them chimed in, “So inspiring to see such devotion. May Maa Ganga always guide and protect you! Wishing you success and peace on this new journey."

    Guru Randhawa is popular for delivering chartbuster tracks like Patola, High Rated Gabru, Suit Suit, Ishare Tere, Ban Jaa Tu Meri Rani and Lagdi Lahore Di among others. He made his acting debut last year with the romantic drama film Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay co-starring Saiee Manjrekar and Anupam Kher. Helmed by G Ashok, the film received decent responses from fans and critics alike.

    His last appearance was in the Punjabi film titled Shahkot which was released in October last year. Directed by Rajiv Dhingra, the film also featured Isha Talwar, Raj Babbar and Gurshabad Singh in lead roles. He will be next seen in another Punjabi film Shaunki Sardar which will hit the theatres in May 2025.
