J-Hope’s Mona Lisa Lyrics Get Lost In Translation On Weverse
While BTS’ J-Hope was singing Mona Lisa, Weverse’ translation went completely off track and turned a simple lyric into something NSFW.

BTS’ J-Hope always knows how to keep his fans, ARMY, excited and entertained. After his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon earlier this month, he surprised fans again with a live session on Weverse, where he teased the release of two more singles after his latest track Sweet Dreams. While Weverse offers a great chance for fans to interact with their favourite idols, it’s not always perfect. During J-Hope’s recent live session, fans noticed a funny mistake with the app’s auto translation feature. While he was singing Mona Lisa, the translation went completely off track and turned a simple lyric into something NSFW.
J-Hope spent some relaxing time with his fans by going live while wearing a bathrobe and enjoying his meal. During the session, he decided to sing Mona Lisa to entertain his viewers. While the moment was meant to be lighthearted, fans couldn’t stop laughing when the app’s auto translation completely messed up. The subtitles mistakenly showed an inappropriate phrase, which left everyone surprised. Interestingly, the feature has been introduced for digital membership to help international fans understand their idols better, but this unexpected blunder had the opposite effect.
