Jacqueline Fernandez’s mother, Kim Fernandez, has been hospitalized and admitted to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit), according to reports. The nature of her medical condition remains undisclosed. Upon receiving the news, Jacqueline immediately flew back home to be by her mother’s side. While the actress has not yet made an official statement, sources close to the family reveal that she is focusing on her mother’s health during this critical time.
Celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani reported on Monday, “It’s truly heartbreaking to hear about Jacqueline Fernandez’s mother being in the ICU. Back in 2022 as well, Kim had suffered a stroke and was admitted to a hospital in Bahrain for treatment. Jacqueline’s mom resides in Manama, Bahrain, and comes from a multicultural background, with Malaysian and Canadian heritage. Her maternal grandfather was Canadian, while her great-grandparents hailed from Goa, India.
Jacqueline has often spoken about her deep bond with her parents. In a past interview with India TV, she shared, “My mom has always supported me. I miss her a lot. I live here alone without my parents. They have been so strong and such an inspiration for me, which always keeps me going."
