Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar have reunited for Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, releasing on February 13, 2026.
Kartik Aaryan and filmmaker Karan Johar have buried old hatchets and teamed up again for their upcoming film, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. The film’s release date has been finally locked. Reportedly, the film stars Ananya Panday alongside Kartik as the female lead.
Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is touted to be a romantic comedy. The film is set to hit the screens on February 13, 2026, eyeing the Valentine’s Day weekend. The makers have yet to drop the first look and official posters from the film.

Previously, many names were considered for the film’s leading lady. Rumours had it that Sreeleela, Kartik’s rumoured girlfriend who is sharing screen space with him in Aashiqui 3, was considered for the part. The speculations died when both Ananya and Sharvari’s name cropped in. Reportedly, the film ultimately went to Ananya.
Ananya Panday has previously worked with Kartik in 2019 film, Pati Patni Aur Woh. About her casting in the Dharma film, Bollywood Hungama quoted a source close to the film who revealed, “Kartik and Karan were looking for an actress with strong pull in the youth, and after contemplating the names, they have locked Ananya to play the female lead. Ananya and Kartik are a successful pair, and this would extend their partnership further."
But that’s not it. Kartik will reportedly share screen space with Sharvari again. He will apparently be seen with the Munjya actor in Pati Patni Aur Woh 2.
“While Ananya is doing Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, Kartik has promised another film to Sharvari. The duo will be teaming up on another love story by the end of 2025. Kartik is clear to maintain equations with all his female co-stars, and a promise made now will be fulfilled soon. He has also offered Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 to Sharvari," the source told Bollywood Hungama.
Coming to Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, the film is scheduled to go on floors in May 2025. Produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Bhumika Tewari, Shareen Mantri Kedia and Kishor Arora, the much-anticipated rom-com is set to hit theatres on February 13, 2026. The film is directed by Satyaprem Ki Katha fame, Sameer Vidwans.
