Kartik Aaryan took a subtle dig at Karan Johar for selling a stake in Dharma Productions to Adar Poonawalla. For the unversed, Karan Johar sold a 50 per cent stake in Dharma Productions to Serum Institute’s CEO Adar Poonawalla. It was said that Poonawalla has invested Rs 1000 cr into Dharma Productions and Dharmatic Entertainment (collectively, “Dharma").

Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has agreed to pay Rs 4.75 crore to choreographer Dhanashree Verma. On Wednesday, Bar and Bench reported that as per the consent term, Chahal had agreed to pay a permanent alimony of Rs 4.75 crore to Verma. Of this, Rs 2.37 crore has already been paid to the choreographer. The non-payment of the rest of the amount was seen as non compliance by the family court.
