Krrish 4: Hrithik Roshan To Romance Nora Fatehi And NOT Priyanka Chopra, 'Time Travel' Plot Leaked?

Fans are wondering if Priyanka Chopra will make her Hindi cinema comeback with Krrish 4.

Krrish 4 will mark Hrithik Roshan's directorial debut.

Krrish 4 has been making headlines ever since Rakesh Roshan announced that Hrithik Roshan will be taking over as director of the franchise. As well wishes poured in for Hrithik, Priyanka Chopra’s reaction caught everyone’s attention, and fans wondered if the actress would return for the fourth installment. However, as per IMDb, Krrish 4 will star Nora Fatehi.

Krrish 4’s plot on IMDb reads, “Years after defeating Kaal, when an ancient artifact grants Krrish the power of time travel, he must navigate through different eras to save humanity from a malevolent force that threatens to rewrite history and reshape the future."

As for the film’s cast, the website mentions Nora Fatehi, Preity Zinta, Vivek Oberoi in a cameo, Naseeruddin Shah and Rekha, besides Hrithik Roshan. It is important to note that the website is editable by its members and is not the most credible source for unreleased projects. However, interestingly, it has sparked fan theories about the project. While some fans liked the idea of seeing Hrithik and Preity together on screen again, others criticised the concept of time travel.

For the unversed, Rakesh Roshan recently announced that he is passing on the baton to Hrithik Roshan, who will now be directing Krrish 4. Rakesh wrote on Instagram, “Duggu 25yrs back I launched you as an actor, and today again after 25 years you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers Aditya Chopra & myself to take forward our most ambitious film #Krrish4. Wish you all the success in this new avatar with good wishes and blessings! ♥️."

Rakesh Roshan told Pinkvilla, “I am passing the baton of the director of Krrish 4 to my son, Hrithik Roshan, who has lived, breathed and dreamt about this franchise since its inception with me. Hrithik has a clear and very ambitious vision of taking Krrish’s journey forward with the audience for the next decades."

The filmmaker said, “I couldn’t be more prouder to see him wear the director’s hat for a film that means the world to us as a family. Krrish has entertained audiences the world over, and Hrithik will now reveal the next chapters of this superhero saga and take the vision I created so many years ago to greater heights." While Hrithik Roshan will direct Krrish 4, it will be produced by Aditya Chopra.
