The makers recently announced the inclusion of three new cast members, including Barry Sloane, Tom Cullen and Joplin Sibtain.

House of the Dragon season 2 received major criticism for its slow pacing and unnecessary side plots. Despite the mixed reviews, the show is moving ahead with its next season, which is currently in production and scheduled to release in 2026. The makers recently announced the inclusion of three new cast members, including Barry Sloane, Tom Cullen and Joplin Sibtain. Their characters are expected to bring more drama and action to the story, which is based on Fire & Blood, written by George RR Martin. The fresh faces will join familiar cast members like Matt Smith, Emma D’Arcy, Olivia Cooke, and Rhys Ifans in the upcoming Game of Thrones spin-off.
According to Variety reports, Cullen will play Ser Luthor Largent, Sibtain has stepped into the shoes of Ser Jon Roxton, and Sloane will appear as Ser Adrian Redfort. They join previously announced actors like James Norton, who will be seen as Ormund Hightower, Tommy Flanagan as Lord Roderick Dustin and Dan Fogler as Ser Torrhen Manderly.
