Alongside her message, she uploaded a serene picture of herself dressed in a crisp white shirt, sunglasses, and a garland around her neck, radiating peace and contentment.

Fans were thrilled to see Preity immersed in the spiritual atmosphere, flooding her comments section with love, heart emojis, and positive messages. The actor continues to juggle her transcontinental lifestyle, splitting time between her home in the US with husband Gene Goodenough and her professional engagements in India.

Earlier in the day, Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif were also spotted arriving at the grand fair. The Maha Kumbh Mela, which commenced on January 13, 2025, in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj, will conclude on February 26. Devotees have been gathering at the Triveni Sangam—the sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and mythical Saraswati rivers—to take the holy dip, seeking spiritual purification.

On the work front, Preity is gearing up for her much-anticipated return to Bollywood with Rajkumar Santoshi’s Lahore 1947, produced under Aamir Khan Productions. The film, also starring Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, and Karan Deol, marks her comeback after a long hiatus.

Preity completed filming Lahore 1947 in June last year, sharing a glimpse of the shoot through a series of behind-the-scenes photos. Expressing her gratitude, she wrote, “It’s a wrap on Lahore 1947, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the entire cast and crew for such an incredible experience 🙏❤️. I sincerely hope you enjoy this film as much as we enjoyed making it. It’s definitely the toughest film I’ve worked on."
