The trailer of Netflix’s Tamil film TEST is finally out! R Madhavan plays a scientist, Siddharth plays a cricketer, while Nayanthara plays a teacher caught between love and duty in this film.

The gripping trailer of this Netflix film offers a glimpse into a world where every move, every sacrifice, and every ambition hurtles them toward a defining moment. R Madhavan plays the role of Saravanan, a gifted yet struggling scientist, while Nayanthara plays his wife Kumudha. Siddharth plays a cricketer Arjun, who wrestles with the fine line between professional and personal choices, while Meera Jasmine plays his wife Padma, who fiercely protects their personal space.
Starring these celebrated actors, TEST is helmed by debut director S. Sashikanth and produced by YNOT Studios. While speaking about the film, director S. Sashikanth shared that TEST is not just a film about cricket, but about the human spirit and the choices that shape us. Meanwhile, Madhavan said that he revels in trying to bring authenticity to his roles. “TEST captures the relentless pursuit of excellence and the sacrifices made to protect one’s legacy. Collaborating with this fantastic team and my bro and debut director S. Sashikanth has been an incredible journey and my experience with Netflix has always been super delightful and charmed. I cannot wait to see how audiences react to this film and to Saravanan as a character," he said.
Meanwhile, Siddharth said that it has been an honour to be a part of this intense layered story. Nayanthara reflected on her role as Kumudha and said, “Some stories stay with you, and TEST is one of them. My character is someone who loves deeply, fights silently and carries the weight of choices that change everything. Stepping into her world was both challenging and deeply rewarding." Meanwhile, Meera Jasmine, who is making her onscreen comeback as Padma in the film, said that it has been an emotional and fulfilling journey for her.
