Ben Affleck was among the many celebrities who fled his home from the star-studded community of Pacific Palisades after Los Angeles saw one of its deadliest natural weather events this month. Although Affleck’s neighbourhood was among the few locations to have survived the tragedy, the growing number of wildfires prompted him to flee his home and seek refuge at his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s home. A day after, he returned to his residence; with his ‘bachelor pad’ still under evacuation orders.

While Ben Affleck’s home hasn’t been affected by the wildfires, the flames drawing near his neighbourhood did get him concerned as was evident during his recent meeting with daughter Violet.

On Saturday, the father-daughter duo was spotted outside his Pacific Palisades house. Dressed casually in grey sweatpants with a white T-shirt and a white zip-up hoodie, Affleck was seen with his 19-year-old daughter Violet with the duo sharing a warm hug as the father seemingly reassured himself of her well-being.

When his facial expressions spoke volumes of his concerns about the unfolding situation, Affleck seemed to be at ease after Violent dropped by to check on her father. She was dressed in dark blue jeans paired with a black hoodie and a white medical mask to beat the smoke in the neighbourhood.

Ben Affleck’s Residence In LA Wildfire

Earlier on Wednesday, the Oscar-winning actor returned to his home, relieved to find his property surviving the fires. “Ben’s home stays under evacuation order but he feels grateful that his property is safe for the time," a source told Page Six.

On the other hand, reports also suggest that the actor’s ex-wife Jennifer Lopez also reached out to him, days after their divorce was finalised. “Worried and concerned" about his well-being throughout the whole ordeal, she reached out to him soon after hearing about him being in danger and that he was evacuated, another source told the outlet. Lopez even extended any sort of assistance to the actor.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez got married in July 2022, following which the latter filed for divorce in August 2024. The former couple had finally settled the divorce, with the documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court showing that they settled the divorce mediation a month after filing.

Though Affleck and Lopez don’t share any kids, the Argo actor has three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner – Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.
