Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow has broken the internet and how! The Iron Man actress is undoubtedly one of the much-loved stars in the industry. The actress is celebrating her 50th birthday today, and to mark the special occasion, the Goop founder posed wearing gold body paint – and nothing else – to celebrate her milestone year.
Sharing a picture of herself posing naked, with golden paint rubbed on her body, the actress wrote in the caption to her Instagram pic, “⭐️50⭐️."

Soon after the picture was shared on the photo-sharing platform, scores of her industry colleagues and friends from the industry gushed over Paltrow. America’s sweetheart and Gwyneth’s friend Reese Witherspoon commented,"Oh YES to this !! 💫☀️✨,"businesswoman Sara Blakely added, “Happy Birthday Gwyneth!! 🙌 you make 50 the new 20."
One of the fans wrote, “Happy Birthday, golden 🌟," another fan added, “I mean!!!!! BEYOND! ❤️ Happiest Birthday ever to such a beautiful soul!"
As per People Magazine, Gwyneth shared with Goop followers and her fans that the photo shoot was a little dose of fun and a beautiful way to celebrate turning 50.
“All I know is that they’re painting me gold and that I have to be naked," Paltrow shared. “I feel so good turning 50, and this is about expressing that sense of energy and optimism that I’m experiencing. It’s more about the female gaze and just a sense of fun."
Though it looks like Paltrow simply coated herself in gold paint before posing, she actually used several of her favourite Goop products to prep for the fun photos.
The Hollywood actress who is turning 50 this week, started celebrating early and reflecting on her life thus far. In a post published on the Goop blog, Paltrow wrote that she’d “hurt people" and apologised for any past actions.
