Roman Reigns returned to attack CM Punk and Seth Rollins during their steel cage match as Cody Rhodes called out John Cena on Raw.
The latest instalment of WWE RAW made a roaring return on March 11. The show was aired live from Madison Square Garden in New York City. Logan Paul appeared on the signature weekly event to address AJ Styles. Cody Rhodes called out John Cena and claimed he would beat him at WrestleMania 41. The RAW episode also had four fights on the match card. ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso squared off against Grayson Waller to kick off the show. In women’s action, Bayley locked horns with Raquel Rodriguez for a chance to become the number one contender to the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Finally, the main event saw Seth Rollins get his hands on CM Punk inside a steel cage.

Logan Paul got inside the ring and was met with boos. He tried to speak, but the crowd kept booing him towards the beginning of the promo. Paul then reiterated who he was comparing himself to The Rock and John Cena. The ex-United States Champion then interacted with famous American comedian Andrew Schulz before attacking him. AJ Styes came to Schulz’s rescue and hit Paul with the Phenomenal Forearm. Styles then held the American celebrity’s arm up as they celebrated inside the ring.
Cody Rhodes Calls Out John Cena
The crowd was loud as Cody Rhodes walked out to the arena. He started the segment by revealing that John Cena wouldn’t appear on the show. Rhodes talked about how Cena had defined the phrase ‘best for business’. He then claimed that the business has changed. Now Rhodes would have the heartbreaking opportunity to deny Cena his last chance to win the WWE Championship. He also added that the leader of the Cenation would find out that the American Nightmare was the captain now. He thanked the viewers at Madison Square Garden before leaving.
Roman Reigns Attacks CM Punk & Seth Rollins
The show’s main event saw Seth Rollins escape the cage to win the bout. Post-match, Roman Reigns appeared out of nowhere to land a Superman Punch on Rollins. He followed it up with a spear. Reigns then sent Rollins knee-first into the steel steps. He then hit a blackout of his own on the steps. Adam Pearce arrived with security to stop Reigns from advancing. Reigns then turned his eyes on CM Punk. He threw the Second City Saint into the cage wall before setting up for another spear. Reigns stood tall as the show went off the air.
