Recipe For Potato Garlic Rings
- Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Add finely chopped garlic, flour, cornflour, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, dried coriander leaves, and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well and knead into a smooth, soft dough.
- Take small portions of the dough and roll them into cylindrical shapes. Now, fold these rolls into rings and press the ends lightly to secure them. Prepare all the rings in the same way.
- Coat the prepared rings well in breadcrumbs to ensure they turn crispy after frying. For better coating, you can slightly wet your hands before rolling the rings in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan, and once it reaches medium heat, carefully add the rings. Fry them until they turn golden and crispy. Keep the flame at a medium level to ensure even cooking while keeping the inside soft.
- Place the fried potato garlic rings on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve them hot with tomato sauce, green chutney, or mayonnaise. For added flavour, you can sprinkle chilli flakes or mixed herbs.
