BTS' Jin Makes Surprise Appearance At Coldplay's South Korea Concert
British rock band Coldplay made headlines with their much-awaited show in South Korea. However, it was BTS member Jin’s surprise appearance that stole the show.

Coldplay’s South Korea tour is making waves on social media. As part of their Music of the Spheres world tour, the British rock band recently performed in South Korea. While the fans were delighted with their energetic performance, it was BTS member Jin’s surprise entry which truly stole the show. Performing his hit songs, The Astronaut and My Universe, he set the stage on fire with vocalist Chris Martin.
The collaboration between Jin and Chis has grabbed fans’ attention on social media as several videos from the show went viral in no time. In a video, Jin can be seen arriving on stage holding a poster that reads, “Pick me, please. Can I sing The Astronaut with you?"

Meanwhile, it didn’t take much time for Chris Martin to read the poster and quickly knelt on stage as he showed immense respect for Jin. To which, the BTS member also returned the gesture by kneeling. Later, the fans witnessed an unforgettable performance by the two as they carried out The Astronaut and My Universe together.

Moving on, when Jin arrived on stage, he delivered a heartfelt message to the fans of both sides, saying, “Before I went to the military, my last stage was Coldplay’s. Now, my first concert after my discharge is also Coldplay’s."
Later, Chris and Jin got indulged in a fun and light-hearted conversation. The Coldplay singer revealed, “We are Coldplay, the second-best band in the world. BTS may be number 1, I think!" To which, Jin quickly rescinded, “Oh no! I don’t think so".
Talking about his memorable experience with Jin, in their last collaboration in 2022, Chris stated, “We missed you, man, you’ve been in the military, but you still look so handsome. Look at this beautiful man. Ok, my brother. Well.. two years ago, or two and a half years."
Jin replied that the two performed together 2 years ago. Before he went to the military. He said, “The last performance was Coldplay. And my first concert was Coldplay."
Moving on, Chris and Jin collaborated for The Astronaut in 2022, garnering worldwide praise. Meanwhile, Coldplay had also teamed up with BTS for My Universe in 2021.
