Gwyneth Paltrow didn’t hold back when she exposed comedian Nikki Glaser for wanting to “hook up" with her ex, Ben Affleck, during a recent episode of her Goop Podcast. The duo was discussing Glaser’s experiences on the exclusive dating app Raya when Paltrow dropped the bomb.
“When I used to be on Raya and he would come across, [I would give him a] very concentrated check mark ‘yes’ and, like, never [got] it back," Glaser admitted.

Paltrow, who dated Affleck from 1997 to 2000, was surprised by the number of celebrities Glaser had encountered on the app. Glaser also revealed that Andrew Garfield had swiped “nope" on her. “I know for a fact he had to have seen my profile. … I would have matched with him if he was interested," Glaser said, to which Paltrow responded, “That would have been a good one. He’s gorgeous. Now he regrets it."
The conversation happened as the two reflected on Glaser’s 2025 Golden Globes monologue, where she joked about Affleck shouting out movie names “after he orgasms." Glaser later told Howard Stern that she had cut another joke about Affleck that referenced his divorces from Jennifer Garner and Jennifer Lopez.
“‘Here’s to Ben Affleck. I can’t wait to see which Jennifer you try to ruin next.’ … That would have been insane," she said.
Paltrow has spoken openly about her past with Affleck before. In her 2023 appearance on Call Her Daddy, she called Affleck “technically excellent" in bed but ultimately “killed" him during a game of “F–k, Marry, Kill," opting to sleep with Brad Pitt instead.
Affleck’s history with Raya also surfaced in 2022 when Selling Sunset star Emma Hernan claimed the actor had messaged her in 2019, asking her out for coffee. However, Affleck’s rep denied the claims, stating that he had “not been an active member for several years."
